Terms & Conditions

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking within 1 working day. In the unlikely event that you don't receive any confirmation, please reach out to the dedicated customer support team.  
  • For groups consisting of 7 persons or above, it is compulsory to hire a Licensed Tourist Guide under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture (MOTAC) Authorities act. The operator will not be responsible for any penalty imposed for any violation of such Act. 
  • For a multi-day charter period, the charterer should cover the meals and accommodation expenses for the tour guide and driver.
  • All children between the ages of 0 to 12 must be securely seated in an approved child safety seat appropriate for their size and age. Baby Car Seats (for infant aged 0-2) and Child Booster Seats (for children aged 3-11) are available for rental. Please check with the tour consultant for availability. 

Pick Up Information

  • Present your mobile or printed voucher upon pick up.  
  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time, if applicable). 
  • Write your hotel name/ pick-up address and pick-up time under the remarks section on the checkout page. 
  • If there are any changes regarding the pick-up time, please inform the customer support team at least 24 hours before departure. 
  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick-up time. 
  • Pick-up coverage locations include hotels, resorts, or residences within the Kota Kinabalu city area only.  
  • The charter rates are applicable for rental/hiring time between 7:00AM - 10:00PM daily (for a maximum of 8 hours for a full day's charter). Additional charges may apply for night service, which will be determined on an ad hoc basis.

Surcharge Information

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver.  
  • Outskirt destinations outside of the Kota Kinabalu region are subject to surcharges and availability at the time of booking. 
  • Midnight Charge or Night Service: An additional night service charge of 50% of the original price would apply if you booked the transfer between 10:00PM - 7:00AM daily. 
  • Peak Season Surcharge: An additional night service charge of 50% of the original price would apply for the festive season.
