How To Use My Ticket

  • Operating Hours: 10:00AM - 9:00PM
  • Reserve your costumes at least 2 days or earlier in advance to minimise waiting time.
  • Present your mobile or printed ticket at the 'Today, Just Today' outlet located in Jesselton Duty Free Mall.

How To Get There

  • Address: Unit No. B-42 Level Basement, Jesselton Mall, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. 

Rental Duration

  • 6-hour Rental - Collection is at 9:00 AM and returns are due by 3:00 PM.
  • 8-hour Rental - Collection is at 9:00 AM and returns are due by 5:00 PM.
  • 24-hour Rental - Collection is at 9:00 AM and returns are due by 9:00 AM on the subsequent day.

Reservation Policy

  • A cash deposit of RM150 is required upon costume collection. 
  • Bookings should be made at least 2 days in advance, or earlier, as costume preparation and inventory allocation are required.
  • Late returns will incur a RM100 per day renting fee (additional 24 hours rental), or any delay will deduct RM20 per hour from the deposit. 
  • Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before the collection date. Failure to inform will result in a RM20 per costume charge as processing/booking compensation fees. 

Important Notes

  • The operator reserves the right to refuse a deposit refund if the costume is damaged beyond repair.
  • The operator does not provide any accessories.
  • The deposit will be refunded upon the return of costumes in good condition. 
  • The operator has the right to post all photos taken by guests on social media platforms. 
  • Ensure to collect your costume directly from Jesselton Duty Free for the perfect fit. 
  • Complimentary collection from hotels is available ONLY for 24-hour rentals within a 5KM radius of KK City.
  • For 6-hour and 8-hour rentals, a fee of RM15 per trip is applied for costume collection within 5KM of KK City.
  • Though not expected, tipping is highly recommended.
