How to Use My Ticket

1. Make your way to the designated pick-up location.
2. Bring your ID (MyKad or Passport), driving license, and a copy of your SabahTravel booking voucher.
3. For an easier registration process, please make the booking under the driver's name.

Terms and Conditions 

• Age & License Requirements
• Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid motorcycle license.
• Foreign drivers need an International Motorcycle License unless they are from ASEAN countries with a valid local license.
• Any license not in English must be accompanied by either an International Driving Permit or an official English translation.
• Drivers without valid licenses are fully responsible for any legal or financial consequences.
• Identification & Agreement
• A copy of renter ID card or passport is required.
• All renters must sign a rental agreement and acknowledge all terms.
• Operator may refuse rental at its discretion.
• No refunds are given for early returns or cancellations.
• Security Deposit
• A refundable deposit of MYR100 per scooter is required.
• Deposit will be forfeited if the scooter is damaged, used in prohibited areas, or returned with missing items.
• Specific fees apply for lost keys, helmets, phone holders, mirrors, storage boxes, and other accessories.
• Pick-up & Return Details
• All scooters must be picked up and returned within the Kota Kinabalu City area. Requests for pick-up or drop-off at locations outside of Kota Kinabalu will incur additional fees, and must be arranged in advance.
• Scooters must be picked up and returned during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)(Sun, 9:00AM-4:00PM) .
• Late returns beyond the 24-hour rental period will be charged as a full-day rental starting from the next hour.
• No refunds for early return. Rental is based on a 24-hour cycle.
• Fueling
• Scooter must be refueled with RON95 or RON97 petrol and returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
• Damage & Accidents
• Renters are fully responsible for any damage, accidents, violations, or negligence.
• Punctures are not covered, but workshop info will be provided.
• Damages due to extreme weather or drink driving fall entirely on the driver and may lead to legal action.
• Motorcycle Condition Documentation
• Condition and fuel levels are recorded at pickup.
• Renters should take photos of all sides of the motorcycle to document its condition and ensure it is returned as received.
• Usage Restrictions
• Scooter are strictly prohibited from being used on dirt roads, beaches, or off-road terrain.
• Scooter must stay within Sabah. Unauthorized use or leaving state borders (e.g., Sarawak, Indonesia, Brunei or Labuan) results in deposit loss.
• Headlights must be turned on at all times, and helmets must be worn by both driver and passenger, in accordance with local traffic laws.
• Delivery Service
• Delivery of motorcycles is available to Kota Kinabalu City Area, (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) (Sun, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM)
• Self-pickup is also available at the rental location during business hours.
• Any scooter Delivery scheduled outside of our operating hours :
• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Must be self-collected at the Wisma Sabah area. Please note that no delivery service is available after working hours.
• Distance Limit:
• Additional charges will apply if the rented scooter is used beyond a 250KM radius from Kota Kinabalu City. This includes long-distance travel to areas such as Sandakan, Semporna, or other districts outside the allowable range.

Important Notes

• Insurance
• The driver is responsible for all damage or theft involving the vehicle, regardless of who is at fault.
• By accepting the rental agreement, the driver agrees to be liable for an Excess Reduction Fee (ERF) of up to RM1,500 in the event of an accident or theft.
• A police report must be filed within 24 hours of any accident or theft. Failure to do so may result in full liability.
• If towing is required due to the driver’s negligence, all towing costs will be charged to the driver.
• Operator is not responsible for any medical or hospitalization expenses for the driver or passenger.
• Operator’s insurance only covers damages if your vehicle is hit by another vehicle and the other driver’s full details are provided (license plate, contact, etc.).
• We strongly recommend that you check/purchased your personal or travel insurance for overseas accident coverage for added protection.
