Important Notes

  • Operating hours are between 10:00AM to 10:00PM daily (last appointment is at 8:00PM)
  • Advance booking is mandatory. Kindly arrive 15 minutes before the session for registration and preparation. Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time. 
  • Prior to receiving service, all customers are required to complete a registration form, disclosing any existing medical conditions and acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by Natura by PMA Wellness.  
  • Inappropriate requests or actions are strictly prohibited. Only female therapists are available and will be allocated accordingly for guest. 
  • Natura by PMA Wellness maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse towards the staff, including verbal abuse. A respectful and safe environment for both clients and staff are of utmost priority. 
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session will be chargeable at 50% of the treatment package. No refund will be given for no-shows.
