  • Booking Confirmation
  • You will receive a confirmation of your booking within one business day.
  • If you do not receive confirmation within this period, please contact our dedicated customer support team immediately.
  • Tour Guide Requirement for Groups
  • For groups of 7 or more people, a licensed tour guide must be hired as required by the MOTAC/Authorities Act.
  • Failure to comply with this regulation may result in penalties, for which the charterer is fully responsible. The operator is not liable for any fines or legal consequences arising from non-compliance.
  • Meal and Accommodation Responsibilities
  • For one-day charters, the meal expenses for the tour guide and driver are included in the package price, so you can enjoy a worry-free experience.
  • For multi-day charters, both the meal and accommodation expenses for the tour guide and driver are already covered, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free journey.
  • Child Safety
  • Children aged 0 to 12 years must be seated in an approved child safety seat that is appropriate for their size and age.
  • Baby car seats (for infants aged 0-2) and child booster seats (for children aged 3-11) are available for rent.
  • Availability of child safety seats must be confirmed with the tour operator in advance.
  • Liability Disclaimer
  • The operator is not responsible for any damages, fines, or penalties resulting from violations of these terms or applicable laws.
  • It is the responsibility of the charterer to ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements.

  • Present your mobile or printed voucher to the driver upon pick-up.
  • The voucher is valid only for the specified date and time mentioned in your booking.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early at the pick-up location (e.g., hotel lobby) to avoid delays.
  • Pick-up locations are limited to hotels within the Tawau city area and Tawau Airport.
  • This service does not include entrance tickets or activity fees.
  • Price rate is charged on a Per Car Basis
