This cooking class will not only teach you how to cook the Kadazandusun way; you will get a guided tour of the local market where you will buy your ingredients and prepare your dishes in a local host's home. Some of the traditional dishes you'll be making include but not limited to Pakis, Tuhau, Bunga Kantan, and Simmered Bosungan.
