Important: KL Ultimate Challenge & Adventure Pass is valid for 30 days from the booking date. All included attractions must be visited within the validity period.

  1. Purchase the KL Ultimate Challenge & Adventure Pass.
  2. Receive your booking confirmation and attraction tickets.
  3. Visit the included attractions at your preferred date and time within the validity period.
  4. Present your ticket or voucher for admission.
  5. Complete all attraction visits within 30 days from the booking date.

Important Notes

Pass Validity

  • KL Ultimate Challenge & Adventure Pass is valid for 30 days from the booking date.
  • All attraction tickets will be issued upon booking confirmation.
  • All included attractions must be visited within the validity period.
  • Any unused attraction entitlements remaining after the validity period expires will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Admission & Ticket Policy

  • Admission is valid for one-time entry to each included attraction unless otherwise stated by the attraction operator.
  • Guests must present a valid ticket or voucher for admission.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • Guests may visit the included attractions in any order within the validity period.
  • Lost, damaged, expired, or unused tickets will not be replaced, refunded, or extended.
  • Attraction operators reserve the right to refuse admission if ticket conditions are not met.
  • Additional attraction-specific admission rules and requirements may apply.

Participation Requirements

  • Certain included experiences require a minimum number of participants and are designed for groups of 2, 4, 6, or 8 persons.
  • Guests are advised to book and attend the experiences according to the applicable group size requirements.

Breakout Escape Room Experience

  • The Breakout Escape Room Experience is available at Breakout NU Sentral or Breakout Avenue K.
  • Guests are required to select their preferred location when making a booking.
  • After booking confirmation, guests must contact the selected Breakout outlet directly to arrange preferred visit date and timeslot.
  • Advance reservation is recommended, and all bookings are subject to the selected outlet's availability and operating schedule.
  • Changes to the selected location, date, or timeslot after confirmation are subject to the attraction operator's policies and availability.

Operating Hours

  • Most included attractions operate daily. However, operating hours and admission schedules may vary by attraction and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Guests are advised to check the latest operating hours before visiting.
