- This is a non-guided visit and must be used at the confirmed time stated on your ticket.
- Visitors are required to be at the entrance 15 minutes before the scheduled visiting time. Late arrivals may result in denied entry, and tickets are strictly non-refundable.
- Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- All bags and personal items will go through security screening. Eating, drinking, chewing gum and smoking are not allowed during the visit.
