How to Use

• Present your mobile or printed ticket at the ticketing counter for redemption.
• Valid for single entry only.
• All tickets in the booking must be redeemed at the same time. Partial redemption is not permitted.

Important Notes

Admission

• Tickets are available for Malaysian and Non-Malaysian visitors. Please select the correct ticket type during booking.
• A valid MyKad/MyKid or passport is required for verification upon entry.
• Tickets are valid for single redemption and single entry only.
• Re-entry is not permitted after exiting the attraction.

Sky Deck & Sky Box

• The Sky Deck and Sky Box may be temporarily closed during bad weather for safety reasons.
• Guests affected by weather closure after ticket redemption may revisit within 7 days (subject to the attraction's terms). No monetary refund will be provided.
• Personal bags, backpacks, and laptop bags are not permitted at the Sky Deck.
• Permitted items must not exceed 16" × 16" × 8".

Visitor Guidelines

• Security screening is conducted for all visitors.
• Unauthorized drone operations are strictly prohibited within KL Tower premises.
• For group visits of more than 100 guests, advance written notice of at least 2 working days is required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry without prior notice.

What To Wear

• Comfortable, casual clothing suitable for outdoor sightseeing.
• Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers.
• Dress modestly during your visit.
• Bring a light jacket if visiting in the evening, as it may be breezy at the Sky Deck.

What To Bring

• Valid MyKad/MyKid (Malaysian) or passport (Non-Malaysian) for identity verification.
• Mobile phone or camera to capture the panoramic city views.
• Sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen for daytime visits.
• Drinking water to stay hydrated.
