Important Notes  

  • Majority of the park is wheelchair accessible. However, wheelchairs and strollers are not available for rent.
  • Bird shows and scheduled feeding sessions are included with your admission ticket and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park. However, you may bring your own refillable water bottle.
  • Luggage storage service is available for rent at the park.
  • Child rates apply to children aged 3 to 11 years old only. Children below 3 years old may enter free of charge.
  • Tickets sold are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, including in the event of bad weather.
  • Show schedules, feeding sessions, attraction operations, and promotional details are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of KL Bird Park.
  • Visitors are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes due to the park’s large open-air layout.
