Terms & Conditions for Private Charter

  • Booking Confirmation
  • You will receive a confirmation of your booking within one business day.
  • If you do not receive confirmation within this period, please contact our dedicated customer support team immediately.
  • Tour Guide Requirement for Groups
  • For groups of 7 or more people, a licensed tour guide must be hired as required by the MOTAC/Authorities Act.
  • Failure to comply with this regulation may result in penalties, for which the charterer is fully responsible. The operator is not liable for any fines or legal consequences arising from non-compliance.
  • Meal and Accommodation Responsibilities
  • For one-day charters, the meal expenses for the tour guide and driver are included in the package price, so you can enjoy a worry-free experience.
  • For multi-day charters, both the meal and accommodation expenses for the tour guide and driver are already covered, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free journey.
  • Child Safety
  • Children aged 0 to 12 years must be seated in an approved child safety seat that is appropriate for their size and age.
  • Baby car seats (for infants aged 0-2) and child booster seats (for children aged 3-11) are available for rent.
  • Availability of child safety seats must be confirmed with the tour operator in advance.
  • Liability Disclaimer
  • The operator is not responsible for any damages, fines, or penalties resulting from violations of these terms or applicable laws.
  • It is the responsibility of the charterer to ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements.

Important Notes

  • Present your mobile or printed voucher to the driver upon pick-up.
  • The voucher is valid only for the specified date and time mentioned in your booking.
  • Provide your pick-up address and preferred time in the 'Additional Details' section during booking.
  • Notify our customer support team at least 24 hours in advance if you need to make changes to your pick-up time.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early at the pick-up location (e.g., KLIA 1 or KLIA 2) to avoid delays.
  • Pick-up locations are limited to hotels within the Kuala Lumpur city area and Kota Kinabalu International Airport.
  • This service does not include entrance tickets or activity fees.

Surcharge Information

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver.  
  • Outskirt destinations outside of the Kuala Lumpur region are subject to surcharges and availability at the time of booking. 
  • Midnight Charge or Night Service: An additional night service charge of 50% of the original price would apply if you booked the transfer between 10:00PM - 7:00AM daily. 
  • Peak Season Surcharge: An additional night service charge of 50% of the original price would apply for the festive season. 
  • Additional paging service: RM 30 per use
