Important Notes 

  • The check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 12:00PM.  
  • This tour package includes a full board meal (1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Hi-Tea, 1 Dinner) for each night of stay. The dining times are as follows: 
  • Breakfast: 7:00AM - 10:00AM 
  • Lunch: 12:00PM - 2:00PM
  • Hi-Tea: 4:00PM - 5:00PM 
  • Dinner: 7:00PM - 9:00PM 
  • Vegetarian meals can be accommodated with advance notice. 
  • All meals will be served buffet style, and room service is available. 
  • The room rate is complimentary for infants aged 1 to 3 years old. 
  • Additional boat transfers requested are chargeable at return trip RM 100 nett per boat. 
  • All transfer timings are approximate and provided for reference purposes only. Actual timings will be communicated to you prior to your departure for your convenience and accuracy. 
  • Room booking for international guests is subject to Tourism Tax of RM10 nett per room per night. Payment will be collected upon check-in.
  • If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend bringing your own medicines. 
  • To keep your belongings dry during the boat ride, we suggest bringing a waterproof bag or plastic bag.
