Important Notes

  • All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) on a per room, per night basis and are inclusive of 8% Service Tax.
  • A Tourism Tax (TTX) of RM10 per room, per night is applicable to non-Malaysian guests and is payable directly to the hotel.
  • Room rates are subject to availability and may vary during peak seasons or special events.
  • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
  • Children aged 12 and above will be charged at the adult rate.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • No parties or events are allowed. Loud noise after 10:00 PM and the consumption of durian, jackfruit, or mangosteen are strictly prohibited.
  • No smoking is allowed inside the rooms. A cleaning fee of RM500 will be charged if smoking is detected.
  • Please handle your keys/access cards with care. A replacement fee of RM250 will apply for any lost keys or access cards.
