Important Notes

  • The All Day Happyness Pass provides single-entry access to each included attraction that is operating on the day of your visit. It does not provide unlimited repeat entry.
  • Once the pass is activated at the first attraction, all remaining entitlements must be used on the same day.
  • Tickets purchased in the same transaction must be redeemed together and cannot be split across different days or users.
  • Individual attractions are subject to their own height, weight, age and safety requirements. Admission to the park does not guarantee eligibility for every included ride or activity.
  • Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 17 years or above.
  • A waiver form must be completed before entering the theme park attractions. Guests aged 17 years and above must complete their own form, while a parent or legal guardian must complete it for guests under 17 years old.
  • Infants under 1 year old or those unable to walk independently are not permitted to enter SnoWalk or London Village.
  • Guests with disabilities, wheelchair users and pregnant women are not permitted to enter SnoWalk or London Village. Restrictions for other attractions may vary.
  • Prams are not permitted inside the included attractions except WaterWorld.
  • WaterWorld is generally closed on Tuesdays, except during applicable school and public holidays. Operating hours and attraction availability are subject to change, so guests are advised to check the latest schedule before visiting.

  • Prams are not permitted inside attractions except WaterWorld.
  • Proper swimming attire is required at WaterWorld. Jeans, denim and clothing with buttons or zips are not permitted on the water attractions.
  • Jackets and shoes are provided for SnoWalk. Guests may bring their own covered gloves or purchase gloves at the attraction.
  • Grip socks are required for selected indoor attractions and are not included with the pass. Guests may bring suitable grip socks or purchase them separately.
  • Attraction availability, operating hours and ride access may change due to maintenance, weather, safety or operational requirements.

Definitions & Age Categories

  • Infant/Toddler: Any individual below 90 cm in height. Admission is free, but attraction-specific restrictions apply.
  • Child: Any individual 90 cm in height or taller and up to 10 years old. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 17 years or above.
  • Adult: Any individual aged 11–59 years.
  • Senior Citizen: Any individual aged 60 years or above. Child pricing applies.
  • Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth.
  • OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, or individuals with disabilities.

Safety & Conduct Rules

  • Guests must comply with all rules and instructions given by i-City Theme Park attendants.
  • Participation in i-City Theme Park rides and activities is at the guest’s own risk.
  • Unsafe, disruptive or unruly behaviour is not permitted within the theme park.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. i-City Theme Park is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.
  • Access to rides and attractions is subject to applicable height, weight, age and safety requirements, as well as the park’s terms and conditions.
