How To Use My Ticket

  • Show your mobile or printed ticket to your guide or at Shangri-La Marina Jetty (STAR).
  • Guests are required to bring photo identification (MyKad or Passport) for registration purposes.
  • You must arrive at Shangri-La Marina Jetty (STAR) at least 30 minutes before boarding time.

Important Note

  • This tour package is based on a join-in basis of shared guide and transportation. 
  • A Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform us when making the bookings.
  • A minimum headcount is required for the activity to proceed (Party Boat Island Hopping Day Trip: 10 pax). In the event that there is an insufficient number of bookings, guests will be notified at least two days before the activity, and guests can choose to change the tour date or request full refunds.
  • Fishing materials such as fishing rods and bait will be provided to the guests.
  • No outside foods and drinks are allowed.
