1. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices may change without notice, so please confirm the price at the time of booking.
  • Any additional fees (e.g., for extra passengers, meals, etc.) will be charged as per the operator’s terms.

2. Cancellation and Weather

  • If the operator must cancel the trip due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • If the weather is not perfect (cloudy or light drizzle), the trip may still go ahead if it is safe to do so, as decided by the captain.

3. Age Restrictions

  • Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. No exceptions.
  • Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 and above.

4. Health and Safety

  • Guests with serious medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions) should not take this trip unless cleared by a doctor.
  • Follow all safety instructions from the crew, especially during water activities. This is for your safety.
  • If you have any special dietary needs, inform the operator in advance. We will try to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.

5. Onboard Behavior and Prohibited Items

  • Drugs & Weapons: No illegal substances, firearms, or weapons are allowed on board. If suspected, authorities will be contacted, and the trip will be canceled.
  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed spaces and the cockpit for health and safety reasons.
  • Alcohol: If you appear intoxicated before departure, you will not be allowed to board. During the trip, if you become intoxicated, the operator has the right to stop serving alcohol.

6. Operator’s Responsibility

  • Safety: The captain has full responsibility for the safety of the yacht, crew, and passengers. The captain’s decisions on safety, routes, and weather conditions are final.
  • Disputes or Complaints: If there is an issue or complaint, please bring it to the attention of the crew immediately. If the matter cannot be resolved on the day of the trip, please contact the operator directly after the tour.
  • Liability: Each operator is responsible for the yacht, crew, and the services they provide during the trip. Our platform simply connects you with these operators, and while we strive to ensure a smooth experience, we are not responsible for any issues, disputes, or damages that may arise during your cruise.

7. Liability for Personal Belongings

  • The operator is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the yacht. Guests are advised to keep valuables safe.

8. Shoes and Equipment

  • Shoes: Shoes are not allowed on board for safety reasons. Please wear appropriate footwear or go barefoot.
  • Water Sports & Activities: If available, all water activities must be done under the supervision of the crew. Guests must follow all safety instructions to avoid accidents.

9. Special Requests and Events

  • If you have special requests (e.g., for corporate events, weddings, etc.), please inform the operator in advance. Availability of additional services (e.g., food, decorations) may vary by yacht and operator.
