• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the visit.

• Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited.
• Unsafe, disruptive or unruly behaviour is not permitted inside SnoWalk.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the attraction.

Definitions & Age Categories

• Infant/Toddler: Any individual below 90 cm in height. Admission is free, but specific attraction restrictions apply. Please refer to Accessibility & Health Considerations under the Restricted Entry section below.
• Preschoolers: Any individual 90 cm or taller, aged 1 to 5 years. Preschoolers must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 17 years or above at all times.
• Young Adventurers: Any individual aged 6 to 10 years. Young Adventurers must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 17 years or above at all times.
• Adult: Any individual aged 11 to 59 years. Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 17 years or above at all times.
• Senior Citizen: Any individual aged 60 years or above.
• Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth.
• OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, or individuals with disabilities.

Safety & Conduct Rules

• Participation in SnoWalk activities is at the guest’s own risk.
• All guests must comply with the rules and instructions given by SnoWalk park attendants.
• Unsafe, disruptive or unruly behaviour is prohibited within SnoWalk.
• SnoWalk does not provide child supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their valuables, clothing and personal belongings. SnoWalk is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.
