Important Notes

• Proper swimming attire is required to enter the pools and water attractions. Denim, heavy or water-absorbing clothing, and clothing with buttons or zips are not permitted.
• Jewellery, sharp objects and loose hard items should not be worn or carried while using the water attractions.
• Floats required for applicable WaterWorld rides are included with admission.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside WaterWorld, except baby formula.
• Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 17 years or above.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Children below 120 cm require supervision at selected attractions, including the Wave Pool, Children Adventure and River.
• Toddlers using the Children Adventure area or Wave Pool must wear waterproof diapers.
• Individual slides and rides are subject to their own height, weight, age and safety requirements. Admission to WaterWorld does not guarantee eligibility for every attraction.
• Certain rides are not suitable for pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, guests who are visibly unwell or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A waiver form is required before entering WaterWorld.
• WaterWorld is generally closed on Tuesdays, except during applicable school and public holidays. Operating hours and attraction availability are subject to change.

Definitions & Age Categories

• Infant/Toddler: Below 90 cm in height. Free of charge.
• Child: Children 90 cm or taller, up to 10 years old. Must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 17 years or above.
• Adult: 11–59 years old. Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 17 years or above.
• Senior Citizen: 60 years old and above. Child pricing applies.
• Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth.
• OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, or individuals with disabilities.

Safety & Conduct Rules

• Participation in WaterWorld activities is at the guest’s own risk.
• All guests must comply with the rules and instructions given by WaterWorld park attendants.
• Unsafe, disruptive or unruly behaviour is prohibited within WaterWorld.
• WaterWorld does not provide child supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their valuables, clothing and personal belongings. WaterWorld is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.
• Proper swimming attire is required when using WaterWorld pools and attractions.
• Floats required for applicable attractions are included with admission.
• Access to rides and attractions remains subject to applicable height, weight, age, health and safety requirements.

• Jewellery and sharp objects are not permitted while using the water attractions.
• Loose hard items such as steel belt buckles, key chains or similar objects must not be carried in pockets or worn while using the attractions.
• Guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to participate in applicable WaterWorld activities.
