How to Use

Important: The KL Family Creative & Cultural Discovery Pass is valid for 30 days from the booking date. All included attractions must be visited within the validity period.

1. Purchase the KL Family Creative & Cultural Discovery Pass.
2. Receive your booking confirmation and attraction tickets.
3. Visit the included attractions at your preferred date and time within the validity period.
4. Present your ticket or voucher for admission.
5. Complete all attraction visits within 30 days from the booking date.

Important Notes

Pass Validity

• The KL Family Creative & Cultural Discovery Pass is valid for 30 days from the booking date.
• All attraction tickets will be issued upon booking confirmation.
• All included attractions must be visited within the validity period.
• Any unused attraction entitlements remaining after the validity period expires will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

• MinNature Malaysia Ticket in Kuala Lumpur

Admission Policy

• Each attraction ticket is valid for one admission unless otherwise stated.
• Admission is valid for one-time entry to each included attraction unless otherwise stated by the attraction operator.
• Guests may visit the included attractions in any order within the validity period.
• Guests must present a valid ticket or voucher for admission.
• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
• Lost, damaged, expired, or unused tickets will not be replaced, refunded, or extended.
• Attraction operators reserve the right to refuse admission if ticket conditions are not met.
• Additional attraction-specific admission rules and requirements may apply.

Hauntu Immersive Experience

• This pass includes admission to either Hauntu The Curve or Hauntu The LINC.
• Guests must select their preferred Hauntu location when making their booking.
• Location selection cannot be changed after tickets have been issued.
• Hauntu Immersive Experience operates on scheduled sessions.
• Guests are responsible for checking session availability and arranging their preferred session directly with the attraction after receiving their ticket.
• Session availability is subject to capacity and may vary by date.
• Hauntu Immersive Experience is suitable for guests aged 8 years and above.
• Hauntu experiences are conducted in groups. Guests may be grouped together with other participants if their booking group consists of fewer than 10 persons.

Operating Hours

• Operating hours and admission schedules vary by attraction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Guests are advised to check the latest operating hours before visiting.
• Hauntu Immersive Experience operates on scheduled sessions and may have limited availability on certain dates.
