- The full tour takes approximately 8 hours, including return travel between Kuala Lumpur and Genting Highlands.
- Genting Highlands is noticeably cooler than Kuala Lumpur, so bringing a light jacket is recommended.
- This tour is currently listed as not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with a fear of heights due to the cable car component.
- Awana SkyWay operations are subject to weather, maintenance and operational conditions. Alternative cable car or transfer arrangements may apply when Awana SkyWay is unavailable.
- Awana SkyWay tickets normally allow a complimentary stop at Chin Swee Station, where visitors can access Chin Swee Caves Temple, subject to tour timing and operating conditions.
