- Required Airport: You must book your flights to arrive at and depart from Sandakan Airport (SDK) for this tour package.

- Airport Pick-up: If arriving on Day 1, our guide can meet you at Sandakan Airport holding a placard with your name for easy identification. Please provide flight details upon booking.

- Not Guaranteed: The Kinabatangan River is abundant with wildlife, and sightings are common. However, as these are wild animals in their natural habitat, sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Accommodation Details (Bilit Adventure Lodge)
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 8:30 AM (Note: This early checkout is typically required to align with transfer schedules back to Sandakan/Sepilok).
- Tourism Tax (TTX): Non-Malaysian guests are required by law to pay a Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night. This tax is collected directly by the lodge upon check-in or check-out. Guests holding a valid Malaysian ID (MyKad) or Permanent Resident card (MyPR) are exempted upon presentation of ID.
