Important Notes For Paragliding

• Maximum capacity of paragliding is 90kg.
• The complete paragliding experience, including registration and transfer, typically lasts around 1.5 hours. Please note that the duration may vary depending on current weather conditions.
• The paragliding flight itself typically ranges between 10 to 25 minutes, depending on current weather conditions.
• All guests are required to have insurance coverage. The fee is RM40 per person, payable in cash on-site.
• Additional Weight Surcharge: Guests weighing more than 80kg will be subject to an additional charge of RM50 per person.
• Timing slots are subject to availability and weather conditions. Guests will be informed of their scheduled times by the operator.
• Please note that paragliding activities are subject to cancellation due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, even after the tour has commenced. In such cases, refunds will be processed according to the operator's policies. However, guests may not receive a full refund due to administrative costs incurred from the original booking.
• This package includes a GoPro recording for paragliding session. For GoPro video transfers, please ensure that your phone has sufficient empty space; typically, one person may require 3GB to 6GB of storage.

• This tour package is based on a join-in basis with a shared guide and transportation.
• A private guide or tour is available upon request for an additional fee. Please inform us when making the bookings.
• This attraction is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with disability, or those with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
• Tipping is never expected but will always be much appreciated.
