Booking Confirmation

  • Booking confirmation will be sent within one business day.
  • If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Flight Information

  • Please provide your flight number, arrival/departure time, and destination during booking.
  • Flight details are required to ensure a smooth transfer arrangement.

Waiting Time

Arrival Transfer (Airport Pick-Up)

  • Complimentary waiting time of up to 30 minutes from your flight's actual landing time.
  • Additional waiting charges may apply after the complimentary waiting period.

Departure Transfer (Hotel Pick-Up)

  • Complimentary waiting time of up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time.

Child Safety

  • Children aged 0–12 years must be seated in an appropriate child safety seat.
  • Baby seats (0–2 years) and booster seats (3–11 years) are available upon request, subject to availability.
  • Please request child seats during booking.

Luggage

  • Vehicle allocation is based on the number of passengers and luggage stated during booking.
  • Additional or oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle and additional charges may apply.

Liability

  • The operator is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, flight delays beyond the complimentary waiting time, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring all booking information provided is accurate.

Important Notes

  • Present your mobile or printed booking voucher to the driver upon pick-up.
  • The voucher is only valid for the selected travel date and time.
  • Please provide complete pick-up and drop-off details during booking.
  • Kindly ensure all passenger and flight information is accurate to avoid delays.
  • Changes to your booking should be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, subject to availability.
  • Airport pick-up locations are available at KLIA Terminal 1 and KLIA Terminal 2.
  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available within the selected service area only.
  • This is a private point-to-point transfer service and does not include sightseeing stops or additional destinations unless pre-arranged.

Surcharge Information

All surcharges are payable directly to the driver in cash, unless otherwise stated.

  • Outskirt Areas – Destinations outside the standard Kuala Lumpur and Selangor service area may incur additional charges, subject to confirmation.
  • Midnight Transfer (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) – A 50% night service surcharge applies.
  • Peak Season & Public Holidays – Additional surcharges may apply during festive seasons or peak travel periods.
  • Additional Waiting Time – Waiting beyond the complimentary period may incur extra charges.
  • Meet & Greet Paging Service – RM30 per booking (available upon request).
  • Additional Pick-Up or Drop-Off Stops – Subject to availability and additional charges.
