Operating Hours

Day Ticket

  • Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed Tuesdays, except during Malaysian school and public holidays)
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Includes access to all parks, rides, attractions, and scheduled activities (excluding pay-per-ride attractions).

Hot Springs & Night Park Ticket

  • Daily: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Includes access to Lost World Hot Springs & Night Park only.

Important Notes

  • Admission tickets are valid for single entry only.
  • Malaysian citizens must select the Malaysian ticket option when booking.
  • Non-Malaysian citizens, MyPR, iKAD, and iKID holders must select the Non-Malaysian ticket option. Proof of eligibility may be required upon entry.
  • Children below 90cm in height enter free of charge.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for infants and guests with special medical requirements.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
  • Food and beverages sold within the park are halal.
  • Pets are strictly prohibited within the park premises.
  • Guests must comply with the park's swimwear and safety requirements when using water attractions and pools.
